Kits Coty stables is a quiet adult yard set in beautiful surroundings in an area of "Outstanding Natural Beauty" located near Bluebell Hill, Aylesford, Kent.

At Kits Coty Stables people of all levels and abilities can keep their horse in a professionally run yard where expert care and help is always on hand. Once on the yard liveries become part of our team and are given as much help as needed.

All the horses at the yard are treated as part of the family and receive the same very best quality of care which we afford our own horses. Owners are amazed how quickly their horses settle and how calm they are.

Kits Coty Stables is divided in to 4 blocks so although there are 40+ boxes each yard has a small and private feel to it. Storage area's are second to none and everyone that comes to the yard comments on never seeing storage facilities like it. We also have 55 acres of post and rail paddocks so there is plenty of room for your horse to roam to.

The soft track rubber arena is much larger than what would normally be found at other yards in the area and benefits from flood lights that surround the arena, we also have a separate rubber lunge pen and a full course of professional BSJA show jumps.

Hacking is another strong point at Kits Coty Stables with over 300 acres of off road hacking with a further 200 acres more available through the local toll rides.

The property boosts excellent security with the owner living on site and which include recording CCTV cameras surrounding the property, security pass entrance gates and guard dogs that patrol the property in the evenings when the yard is closed.
